Man, I can’t believe I have been alive for 18 years and ONE day. I feel so exhilarated, I had such a good night last night. Went out with friends, and then walked up and down Lordship Lane with Chynna. We felt so drunk but we hadn’t had a drop! We contemplated buying alcohol but then we didn’t. We are good children :)
I also wore heels for the FIRST time ever! Yes I’ve tried them before I have never actually worn them out or had my own pair for that matter. I felt so feminine but my feet hurt like hell! I got so many nice and interesting presents.

So Chynnas blog got hacked by Saudi Arabians, like wtf? Why bother hacking a blog? Its back to normal now though but our server was down. Also I might be moving sites because this one is having many problems with down time etc

School is starting next week! I nearly died, I haven’t gone school shopping, no clothes or stationary! I’m so disappointed. I have the rest of this week to get myself together and I don’t even have a school bag! LOL. Such a failure. Can’t wait to see all my friends though, and possibly make some new ones. I was speaking to Jordan recently and he goes to me
‘I hope you can be yourself this year and stop hiding behind your shyness and forget what others think about you’. I must say I was a tad bit shocked, but all I can say is that I’ll try my best.

It’s been a great summer! Time to get my studying groove on. Bring on the 9th.

Busy Bee

These past days have been AMAZING!
19th – I found out my results! I passed all my exams, I was so happy that I started crying. (I don’t cry….ever). I didn’t know I was capable of getting A’s, I honestly felt like a genius (till I was brought back down to earth, haha). So from September I’m going to be taking Biology, Chemistry and Psychology. AND IM GOING TO BE APPLYING FOR MEDICAL SCHOOL *dies* Well only two of my University options will be for medicine but I’m seriously hoping I get in. I didn’t work this hard for nothing!

21st – Chynnas 18th birthday party! It was simply amazing, I won’t lie. I loved the dress her mum made me and everything the cake, the works. FILIPINO FOOD IS TO DIE FOR! If only I could eat it forever. So yummy.

And all this time my cousin has been staying at my house, causing havoc and mayhem (and a LOT of noise). She went home on Monday but she will promptly return on Friday morning in time for my birthday!

Remember I said that I would spennd my birthday with my family? Well my plans have sort of changed, I’m going out to have dinner with like 20 of my close friends so it should be pretty fun. (Bring on the gifts!)

Thorpe Park was absolutely amazing! I went yesterday with Chynna. We literally went on every good ride there apart from the water rides because we have hair to protect (ahem).
I went on the infamous Saw the Ride, it was quite good but I thought it would be higher. Unfortunately ‘Saw Alive’ was closed, I was really looking forward to be scared in the maze but maybe next time!

My cousin is round for the week and to be honest being an only child has made me REALLY intolerant. She annoys me constantly, forever talking and singing too loud. Just general childish behaviour. She acts really immature for her age, she’s 10 but acts 7. Chynna has a sister who is the exact same age as her and the differences are amazing. I should really stop slating her because I love her as she were my own sister but I get irritated quite easily.
Recently I’ve been seeing some people doing the 30 day blogging challenge and I’m going to start it soon because it looks really quite interesting.

Thanks for the good luck with the results, I’ll update you guys on Thursday. And for everyone confused my birthday is on Sunday 29th :)

No Mother…

‘Sorry, what do u do at a rehearsal dinner? Rehearse how to eat?! Wth!!’
Lol! One of my friends just tweeted that I had to copy and paste it, I found it somewhat hilarious.

For the record I decided to not do anything big for my birthday :) will just spend time with my mum and family. Seems like the best thing to do, I’ll have a big party for my 21st :) (ages away)

This post is titled ‘No mother’ because my mum is really old fashioned and is quite traditional in her thinking. She hasn’t mentally been brought into the 21st century. (Okay I’m making her sound ancient) but for some reason any time I bring up one of my guy friends in passing conversation he is automatically my boyfriend! Its really annoying, I can’t be like ‘oh mum Jakes invited us out to have dinner etc etc’ without her going ‘ehh so Jake is your new boyfriend?’ NOOO he is not. Agh.
No matter how many times I even try to tell her, it never works out for me.

Exam results in 8 days – my heart literally sinks :( I’m so scared, I’ve been praying everyday. Next week I might fast till Thursday, it may sound ridiculous to some but I really need these grades.

Big Chill

At the end of this month (29th August) I will turn 18 years of age. I feel like a grandmother already. 18 is a milestone, but I have no idea how to celebrate it. I don’t even think I will, might just let it pass like any other day. It’s also Chynna’s birthday the weekend before mine and she is having a HUGE party with all the trimmings. How do I compete with that? …. I won’t.
This holiday I’ve actually learnt a lot about myself, and I’ve also grown up a whole lot more if I do say so myself. I’m more confident and comfortable with myself and I’m not afraid to speak out if the situation warrants me too. Go me!
The next few weeks that are coming up are making me nervous AND excited all at the same time.
- I’m going to thorpe park on friday
- I’m volunteering for orange rockcorps on monday 16th ( you get a free ticket to a gig when you volunteer for four hours, woo!)
- My dreaded results come out Thursday 19th, my heart races at the thought. I get SO nervous and anxious.

I named this post Big Chill because there is a huge festival going on the moment called Big Chill and most of my friends went and I think its a pretty cool name for a fest.

Summer Holiday

Hey Guys, sorry I’ve been away for so long for many reasons
- I have no internet connection in my house because of my silly builders and the internet providers
- I’m always busy doing one thing or another
- I don’t have anything to post that will be of interest to my intellectual guests ;) haha.
I have been enjoying my summer though, I think I have only spent two or three full days at home! That’s a big record for me seeing as I’m usually in my bed reading a good book. I am quite upset that I have not read many books so far, anyone have any suggestions?

What’s new with life?
Many things, I’m currently getting prepared for my University application. Writing a personal statement is probably the hardest thing that I ever done. Selling myself isn’t easy.
I’m currently off boys/guys completely. They just aren’t worth my time at the moment, so tired of them. There is always some drama when they’re around.

Sorry if I haven’t returned any comments, hopefully my excuses are feasible.

I literally have so much to do I can’t believe it. After exams I expected to be chilling out with my friends and watching movies etc etc but not I’m stuck working my socks off to get into university.
I’m quite thankful that I had another year before I go to uni cause I don’t honestly think I would have been ready to leave in september. Yes, most of my friends are going this year but I hardly speak to them anymore they are literally not my friends. Last year I was devastated that I was leaving my old friends and moving to a new school but now they don’t even speak to me. It actually pisses me off, they are so fake, they act nice to your face and then bitch about you on twitter :/ how low can you get? Just say it to my face please, it works out better that way.
I also used to be really jealous of my friends going to uni but now I actually see why I was. It wasn’t my time then, but on a happier note I’m starting my ucas on Monday. I’m quite excited, ucas is what you use to apply to university.
The teachers at my new school are so helpful and inspiring that its given me a new hope to become a doctor. Although ill need to take an extended course, I don’t mind because its what I want to do.
Excited.

In other news…
Jordan isn’t speaking to me :( and its for such a stupid reason and I feel so crappy now. I keep messaging him and I know he’s read them but he won’t reply. Agh. Hopefully he will come round soon.

I got a blackberry :) I know the IPhone is the way forward but I wanted a new phone and being the person I am, I have to get what I want no matter how rubbish it is. I’m quite enjoying my phone though its very useful.

I’M BACK BABIIIIEEESSS.
So my last exam was today, Psychology, it went well although some questions threw me off. All in all my exams went alright, but I dont want to jinx anything.
I’m currently watching Junior Apprentice, it’s the final today and it’s been quite good! The first one of it’s kind, I hope there is more good TV like this for the summer.
Ohh, summer, I’m currently planning my holiday for NEXT summer with my good friend Natalie, we have many destinations that we would like to visit but we can’t decide between Asia or America. The two A’s :) Help me decide guys.
I applied for a job at a Cafe today, hopefully I will get a call back, I REALLY need a job this summer if I’m going to raise the money I need for clothes and holidays etc.
How is everyone? I’ve missed blogging SO MUCH. Today when I got home I automatically opened my textbooks to start revising, then I realised…crap, you don’t need to revise.
This post has been really patchy, haha, I’m all over the place. Also I’ve had boy interest, basically I like this guy, he’s not really my type but hes SO hilarious and funny, but I don’t know. He’s asked me out, I declined, for various personal reasons, BUT NOW IM ATTACHED *sigh* but I think we stay close mates for a while. We speak to each other religiously everyday, if I have a problem, he’s the first I go to. If I put myself down, he will send me abuse until I shut up and then he makes me smile. AHHHH :D okay enough.

I’m going to return my comments now, I slacked bigtime, but you guys still love me right :p
